Game Rules Terms of Service Privacy Policy Acceptable Use Purchases & Refunds Odds

Effective October 7, 2026 · Last updated October 7, 2026

The city is lawless. The site isn't. Robbing, shooting, and double-crossing other players inside the game is the point. Doing it to the game itself, or to real people, gets you thrown out.

Warning› Mute or forum ban› Jail› Fed Jail› Account closed

Staff pick the step that fits. Serious offenses can skip straight to the end. Anything gained by breaking a rule gets taken back on top of whatever penalty applies. These rules sit alongside the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Selling the game for real money

Fed Jail + full wipe · closed on repeat

Cash, points, items, properties, and accounts only exist inside the game. Trading any of them for real money, gift cards, crypto, another game's currency, or real-world favors is banned. That covers buying and selling, on the site or off it.

Sellers lose their accounts. Buyers lose what they bought and do Fed Jail time. The one legit way to put money into the game is the Store.

One account per person

Extras deleted · Jail to Fed Jail

You get one account. Not a backup, not a farm, not one "for your brother" that you play. Extra accounts get deleted and anything they sent your main gets taken back.

Share a house, a computer, or a network with another player? Send staff a message through Support before it becomes a problem, and keep your accounts from trading with, attacking, or busting out each other.

Your account is yours alone

Account closed

Don't share your password. Don't let anyone play your account "just while you're away." Don't sell, give away, or swap the account itself. Whoever signed up owns it and answers for everything done on it, and "my cousin did it" doesn't get anyone off the hook.

Bugs and exploits

Wipe + Fed Jail · reward if you report it

Something pays twice, a number goes negative, a page lets you do something it shouldn't? Stop and report it. Don't test how far it goes, don't tell your crew, don't post how-tos.

Players who come to us first can earn a reward. Players who milk a bug lose everything it paid plus jail time, and repeat abuse closes the account.

Bots, scripts, and automation

Fed Jail · account closed

Every click has to come from a person playing. No bots, macros, auto-clickers, auto-refreshers, scripted requests, or browser extensions that take actions for you.

Tools that only change how a page looks on your own screen are fine, as long as they never send anything to our server on their own. Not sure? Ask staff before you use it. The technical details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Scams, phishing, and fraud

Fed Jail · account closed

The game's crimes happen through the game's systems. Lying to another player to get their stuff outside those systems is a scam, and scams aren't allowed. That means fake trades, fake middlemen, "you send first" deals you never planned to finish, fake staff messages, and links to look-alike login pages.

We return scammed items when we can trace them.

Fixed fights and covering for cheaters

Wipe + Jail · Fed Jail on repeat

Losing on purpose, throwing fights, or pouring money and items into someone so they climb a leaderboard or win a prize they didn't earn all count as rigging.

Helping someone break the rules counts the same as breaking them. That includes holding or laundering their loot, moving stuff between their accounts, or staying quiet while you profit from it.

Chargebacks and payment fraud

Account locked · closed for fraud

Got a problem with a purchase? Contact us first. A chargeback or payment dispute filed without talking to us locks the account until it's settled. Paying with a card or account that isn't yours closes the account, and we report it. Details are in Purchases & Refunds.

Dodging a penalty

Every account closed

Making a new account, switching networks, or borrowing someone else's account to get around a ban, mute, or Fed Jail sentence closes the new account. It also ends any chance of getting the original back.

Talking to people

Content removed · mute or ban · closed for threats or anything involving minors

Trash talk between rivals is part of the game. Making real people feel unsafe isn't. These apply to everything you type, upload, or name: chat, mail, forums, profiles, gang pages, usernames, bounties, and newspaper ads.

Hate and slurs

No slurs or attacks over race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or anything else people are born with. No hate symbols and no cheering for real-world terror groups.

Harassment

If someone tells you to back off, back off. No following a player through chat, mail, and forums to needle them, no pile-ons, and no new accounts to keep it going.

Real threats

"My crew is coming for you" is part of the game. Threatening a real person, or telling someone to hurt themselves, isn't, and we may report it to police.

Personal info

Never post or hint at anyone's real name, address, photos, school, job, or contact details without their OK. That includes screenshots of their private mail.

Sexual and graphic content

No nudity, porn, sexual roleplay in public channels, or real gore. Anything sexual involving a minor ends the account on the spot and gets reported to the authorities.

Impersonation

Don't pose as staff, another player, or the game. Staff will never ask for your password.

Spam and flooding

No repeated messages, walls of caps or emoji, chain mail, or bumping your own forum threads.

Advertising

No promoting other games, sites, servers, or anything you sell. Referral links count.

Begging

Don't ask for cash, points, or items in public or in mail. Earn it, trade for it, or steal it the in-game way.

Bounties and ads

Bounty reasons and newspaper ads are public. Don't use them for slurs, real-life info, or to pile on someone over out-of-game drama. Hostile ones get removed, and the money isn't always refunded.

Names and profiles

Usernames, avatars, gang names, and profile pages follow the same rules. Staff can rename or reset them without warning.

Egging others on

Talking someone into breaking a rule, or helping them get around a mute or ban, gets you the same penalty they get.

Staff, reports, and appeals

How enforcement works

When staff ask you to stop something, stop, even if no rule above names it exactly. Staff can mute, jail, wipe, and close accounts for anything that breaks these rules or the Terms.

See a rule being broken? Use Report a Player or Support. Don't call people out in public.

Think a call was wrong? Send one calm message to the staff member who made it. Say what happened and when, and include screenshots if you have them. If it's about how a staff member treated you, message the game owner instead. Send one message per issue and give it a day. Arguing in public or mailing every staff member in a row only makes it worse. "I didn't know the rule" doesn't undo a penalty, so check back here now and then. We post big rule changes in Breaking News.
